1. Introduction a) Welcome you to SoMuchPoker; a Poker news site dedicated primarily to the poker community living in the Asia Pacific Region. b) Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before accessing www.slotsgol.co (“the Site”) operated by So Much Poker Company located in Aseana Avenue corner, Macapagal, 1700, Manila, Philippines (“SMP” “us”, “we”, or “our”). c) This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.slotsgol.co. If, for any reason, you do not want to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not access or use our Site in any manner. d) By accessing the Site in any manner or from any device, you consent to this Agreement, including, without limitation all terms herein regarding our collection, use and data storage as specified in our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or over to visit or access the Site. 2. News Service and Disclaimer a) The Site allows provides poker information and related materials to users, for educational purposes only. The information includes general news, video content, poker strategy news, live reporting, poker players news etc. b) Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information provided, we assume no responsibility therefore. You agree that the information may contain errors, omissions etc. and is subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility for the consequences of use of such information, nor damages/losses of any kind which may result from its use. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special or incidental damage resulting from, arising out of or in connection with the use of the information. 3. User Submissions a) “User Submission” means any text, image(s), content or other material that you may upload, transmit or submit through the Site, by email, site message, Facebook comments, instant chat, text message or otherwise for the purposes of posting or displaying such text, image(s), content or other material on the Site, contacting or interacting with other users or for any other purpose b) By uploading and/or transmitting a User Submission, you agree that your User Submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be posted, displayed, or considered for posting or display by SMP on the Site, Associated Sites and Applications. SMP is under no obligation to post or display your Submission or to notify you if we do, or do not, post or display your Submission. c) By uploading and/or transmitting a User Submission, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, fully paid, non-transferable licence to publish, use, copy, reproduce the content of your Submission for promotional and advertising purposes on the Site, Associated Sites, Applications and/or any other Site. d) You agree to Use the Site and post User Submissions, on the basis that you shall not:

• misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or run any automated script on the Site;
• make any User Submission for commercial purposes or which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products and services;
• make any User Submission that is intended to dissuade Users from using the Site for any direct or indirect commercial purpose;
• use the Site to collect email addresses or any other data or information for commercial purposes;
• and include any links to the Site that are not fair and legal and/or which suggest any form of association, approval and/or endorsement by SMP of the Site on which the link is included and SMP can withdraw the linking permission at any time for any reason.

e) If you make a User Submission, upload or transmit offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the Site or otherwise engage in any objectionable and/or disruptive behaviour on the Site, and SMP considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, SMP may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer or email provider about the infringement(s). f) SMP reserves the right in its sole discretion to take action against any person that Uses the Site, at any time, for any reason. We request that you contact us if you notice that any User Submissions are, or may be considered, obscene, offensive or objectionable or if you think a User Submission may be unauthorised in any way.

4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by SMP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Links to Other Sites
a) Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by SMP.

b) We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit. 7. Discrimination and Limitation of Liability a) The Site is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. b) To the extent permitted by law, SMP will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site. c) We make no warranty that the functionality of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else, which may be harmful or destructive.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. International use We make no representation that any of the Materials or any other materials on the Website or the Functions are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Asia Pacific Region, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Website from locations outside the Asia Pacific Region, do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. 10. Severability If any of the terms of this Agreement are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under Philippines law, then to the extent that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this Agreement and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. 11. Entire agreement This Agreement and the Privacy Policy sets out the entire understanding and agreement of the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior proposals, discussions or agreements with respect thereto.

12. Changes to this Agreement
 a) We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

b) Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
